The purpose of FAABSE is to create a culture and atmosphere within the district that promotes and establishes leadership that adequately reflects its population, brings greater awareness in our educational institution that adversely affects students of color, and promotes equity that will build student confidence, ultimately leading to academic success among all students, with an emphasis on African American Students.
